In this full time position you will work with the Commercial Director focused on task oriented telesales and telemarketing activities. This will include working alongside the Field Sales team to enhance and extend customer and prospect information held on the company’s multi-user ACT database.

Responsibilities:
Undertake targeted activities to generate new prospects.
Make use of all tools available (mainly web, CRM, phone) to identify and research prospects.
Update and manage the ACT! CRM database.
Report on progress within campaign objectives.

Requirements:
Familiarity of a sales CRM, ideally ACT!
2+ years of business to business telesales experience.
Ideally an understanding or experience of the broadcast market.
Strong written and inter-personal communication skills.
Keen attention to detail and good organisation skills.
Results and task oriented, with the capacity to think and act spontaneously.
Perhaps a desire to progress into Field Sales over next few years.

This is a full time office or home based role and compensation will take into account expertise and experience.
