The main objectives of this tutorial are:

Chapter 1: Introduction

  • Swift CG+ Mo-Sys StarTracker integration

Chapter 2: Set up for testing

Chapter 3: VR Interface: VR Settings tab

  • Selecting the Tracker Type: Mo-Sys StarTracker (New)
  • Selecting the Lens File: Calibration file
  • Selecting the End Stop file: default_end_stop
  • Setting the Port number: 8010

Chapter 4: Saving the Configuration

  • vr-setting-StarTracker-New

Chapter 5: Sync, Video and Data status

  • Sync green status lights (genlock)
  • Data amber status lights

Chapter 6: VR Interface: VRData tab

  • Pan, tilt and general camera data

Chapter 7: CCD Centering

  • Using CCD X and CCD Y offsets

Chapter 8: Roll Offset adjustments

  • Testing with the SwiftOrigin test grid template
